MixFlip is a portfolio player platform that allows audio engineers to showcase their work on their website by streaming before and after audio files they upload. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice.
You must create an account to use MixFlip. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
Accounts are limited to one free account per individual or organization. Operating multiple free accounts to circumvent usage or subscription limits is prohibited.
Accounts are personal to the individual or organization that created them and may not be sold, assigned, or transferred to another entity. Sharing credentials outside of your organization is prohibited.
Payments are processed via Stripe. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and agree to the Stripe Terms of Service.
We reserve the right to monitor usage and impose limits or take enforcement action in cases of excessive resource consumption, abuse of the free tier, fraudulent activity, or behavior that degrades service for others. MixFlip may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or this Fair Use policy.
By creating an account, you consent to receive marketing emails from MixFlip. You may opt out of these communications at any time.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you upload, share, or stream complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including intellectual property laws. This includes obtaining all necessary rights, permissions, and licenses from any third parties. MixFlip takes no responsibility for content shared without proper authorization.
MixFlip respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. If you believe that content hosted on our platform infringes on your rights, please contact us with a detailed description of the content in question. Upon receiving a legitimate takedown request, we will promptly investigate and may remove or disable access to the content. MixFlip reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws without notice.
MixFlip is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
MixFlip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of MixFlip after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
We collect information you provide when creating an account, such as your name, email address, and payment information. We also collect the audio files you upload to showcase your work.
We use your information to provide and improve our service, process payments, and send marketing communications. The audio files you upload are used to create your portfolio player.
We use Supabase for our database. Your data is stored and processed in accordance with Supabase's privacy policy.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers (like Stripe for payment processing and Supabase for data storage) or if required by law.
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by following the unsubscribe link in the email or contacting us directly.
